Two Great Books about Comics
Here are, in no particular order, two of my all time favorite books about comics:
1) Understanding Comics, by Scott Mccloud.
This one explains why comics are a such an amazing storytelling tool, and it defines them
2) The Ten Cent Plague, by David Hajdu.
This one shows why they are such an important part of America’s cultural heritage, and a beautiful melting pot of talents from all walks of life.
